Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants, so that they did not bear grain… Still others, like seed sown among thorns, hear the word; but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires of other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful (Mark 4:7, 18-19).
What is choking out the word of God in your life?
We can’t cultivate a relationship with God if we are too busy entertaining and satisfying our flesh. The things of the world are temporary and will fade away, but the word of God is eternal and has the power to transform our lives.
